       Dai Xiazhou from the Investment and Financing Department studied the industry reports and data tables displayed on the computer screen seriously... Not long ago, he participated in the “Maker in Maoming” competition representing Ubridge. He won the honor for the company with 4th place in the enterprise group and the third prize from the organizing committee, entering the final round of “Maker in Guangdong”. His spirit of addressing difficulties with practical work and the courage to move forward demonstrated his enterprising energy and vigor.

       This is the first year of Liu Bin, a colleague in the R&D Center, joining Ubridge. As a good equipment engineer, he stuck to his post and independently completed the entire production line equipment selection, production process design, and electrical instrumentation supporting design.

       As the manager of the dry separation workshop, Xiong Duoshun always has the courage to take responsibility and put forward rational proposals of good outcomes after adoption. He assists the director of the factory in optimizing the production process and protocol design of production refinement for the beneficiation workshop. On the winter solstice, a time for family reunion, he still stayed at his post to keep an eye on the dry separation workshop and do a good job of optimizing and adjusting.

       Operator Guo Tongjin of the 3rd shift of the tabling workshop is always concerned about every detail of the tabling process. She responds timely to a variety of emergencies to ensure that the beneficiation operations are carried out smoothly. She said, “When the operating conditions change, the situation of the table concentrator will also change. I must closely monitor the situation to ensure the normal operation of the table concentrator.”

        Facing the unfavorable condition of plummeting temperature, maintenance worker Dong Kejia of the electromechanical team performed comprehensive inspections on the safety protection measures of all the mechanical equipment based on actual situations and winter risk prevention and control requirements, so as to truly achieve the “safety first” goal of the construction site in winter.

Operator Yang Yingwei of the 1st tabling shift team carefully implemented the daily inspection of the tabling workshop. Back in September during the heavy rainfall weather, she assisted the shift supervisor in a timely manner to solve the dangerous situation of flooding the electric room. She always mentors the new staff through careful explanation and teaching, being a senior staff recognized and respected by all employees.

Liang Junsheng is an operator of the 3rd dry separation shift team. He is honest, down-to-earth, and hard-working, doing his job in a modest position wholeheartedly. He has been awarded many times of extra points in the monthly assessment. He said, “I always take practical action to fulfill my commitment and accomplish every “small thing” on my post to fulfilling my responsibility with practical actions.”

        “I entered the Ubridge family in April 2021, and I feel very fulfilled and happy in these years of work. Because of the importance of my post, in the last month of this year, I have to stick to my post, rise to the challenge, and race against time to prepare for the ‘closing’ of the year.” said Li Cuiying, Cashier of the Finance Section.

      As the annual production tasks went into the final “countdown’”, although the temperature continued to fall, maintenance worker Song Zhenbin of the equipment power section stuck to his post with enthusiasm. As an old mechanic who joined the company for more than ten years, he rose to the challenge and checked the production equipment, refined the inspection process, insulated the key equipment, and re-inspected for safety hazards.

On the winter solstice, in the beneficiation workshop of Guangxi Fangchenggang Branch, dry separation worker Zhao Yuanhui was still working with enthusiasm on his post for the fourth consecutive day, strictly controlling product quality to ensure that it meets the requirements.

    Electrician Wu Qidong of the Equipment Power Section was carefully ensuring the safety of power supply. He went to the workshop from time to time to carry out safety and quality inspection, patrolling, inspecting, and labeling on-site power distribution boxes and production equipment.

    During the duty period, Operator Zhong Zhijing of the reduction workshop checked the equipment one by one to ensure the continuous operation of the large rotary kiln and guarantee the normal use of the equipment.

   To prevent the potential safety hazards brought by extreme weather, Operator Liu Yuanqing of the corrosion workshop increased the frequency of inspections, strictly controlling the quality of equipment.

       Liu Ming, Shift Leader of the beneficiation workshop, has been dedicated to his job since the construction of the synthetic rutile production line. He led the 1st beneficiation team to efficiently complete the indicators of the construction, and adjusted the work approaches according to needs, paying attention to the unity of the staff. He also spent his spare time learning professional knowledge and improving his ability.

       “I love my job. At times when there are problems with the equipment, I will combine the opinions of my colleagues and put forward ideas and solutions to the problem. I think this is the way to gain a lot of new understanding and knowledge of the industry.” Maintenance worker Huang Zhongrui of the equipment power section said with passion. During the winter solstice, he continued to work while maintaining a high degree of responsibility and dedication in his work, warming up the cold weather with his spirit of hard work and dedication.

       During the winter solstice, Feng Minglu of the corrosion workshop was busy on his post. As an experienced worker, he always plays the role of “mentor” and puts forward suggestions according to the actual situation, which plays a good role in the smooth and efficient operation of the post. He has a strong sense of collectivity, works hard, and is a versatile hand in production, being capable of working in many positions such as drying, central control, and packing.

       Feng Qiguang, as a mechanic in the equipment power section, always takes the initiative to try new ways of equipment maintenance through research and study and takes the initiative to communicate and share his experience with his colleagues. When the production equipment fails, he will carefully analyze the causes and take effective measures. He sometimes works until late at night until the equipment is repaired with high efficiency and quality.

      As the night approached, Huang Haiping of the beneficiation workshop was strictly controlling the quality of workshop equipment to ensure the products left the factory safely and efficiently.

       Actually, these are not the only employees who stuck to their posts. There are more who worked behind the camera to ensure the smooth operation of the production workshop. “I am on duty, please rest assured” is not just a slogan but the spirit of professionalism demonstrated by Ubridge people with their own practical actions.
