From September 21 to October 13, the Comprehensive Administration Department conducted a career growth guidance type of tour training for the company's employees of grassroots management and below. A total of more than 190 employees from Guangdong Ubridge and Guangxi Ubridge attended the training.
This training focuses on multiple aspects including the correct positioning of grass-roots management cadres, what is management and how to improve one's management quality, and what kinds of qualities and abilities are needed for the development of grass-roots management cadres. It uses easy-to-understand language and familiar cases and focuses on the professionalism required for enterprise managers to enable participants to recognize their shortcomings and deficiencies, and to feel the urgency of further strengthening through the comparative analysis of positive and negative results.
After the training, the participating staff praised the contents for its high degree of compatibility with daily work. It provides targeted analysis and guidance on some of the commonplace inert thinking, which enlightened the participants.
