Ubridge New Material and Guilin University of Technology Signed Agreement on Co-construction of Industry-University-Research Base

On the morning of March 13th, Mr. Zhang Zhicheng, CEO & Executive Director of Ubridge New Material, signed the “Agreement on Co-construction of Industry-University-Research Base” with the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Guilin University of Technology. The agreement aims to further promote Ubridge's progress in scientific and technological innovation, product R&D, and the in-depth integration of industry, academia, research, and teaching. We firmly believe that combining research and production to accelerate talent training, innovation, and achievement transformation is the way to accomplish the prosperous development of the enterprise.

Mr. Wang Xiangding, Deputy General Manager of Ubridge and Mr. Liang Jun, Secretary of Party Committee of the College of Materials Science and Engineering, Mr. Zhou Huanfu, Dean of College, Mr. Hao Wenjia, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, Mr. Huang Xiaohua, Vice Dean of College, and some of the professional teachers attended the signing ceremony of the Agreement and the symposium. 

At the symposium, Mr. Liang Jun, Secretary of Party Committee of the College, was very optimistic about the industrial positioning of Ubridge New Material and expressed his gratitude for this cooperation. Mr. Zhou Huanfu, Dean of the College, introduced the teaching and scientific research of the School of Materials Science and Engineering. Both considered the project a win-win situation, and are full of confidence in this cross-provincial "Guangdong-Guangxi cooperation". They extended sincere wishes to Ubridge New Material to realize its development vision and looked forward to promoting innovation and talent training of the college to a new level in this cooperation.

Mr. Zhang Zhicheng, CEO of the company, expressed his gratitude for the hospitality of the college. He indicated that Ubridge's 35years of experience in the nonferrous metals industry, three industrial chains of titanium, zirconium, and lithium, and the innovative industrial development system are highly relevant to the majors of the College. For both parties, there will be extensive opportunities to promote cooperation and exchanges in employment and recruitment of graduates, research on production technology improvement, transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and joint training of talents, achieving a future of mutual benefit and success.

 After the symposium, Mr. Zhang Zhicheng and his delegation visited the Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education on Non-ferrous Metals and Materials Processing Technology and the Key Laboratory of the Guangxi Autonomous Region on Optoelectronic Materials and Devices.
