One of Ubridge's science and technology achievements - “Key Technology and Equipment for the Beneficiation of Crude and Concentrate of Titanium and Zirconium” won the third prize in the 2023 China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award!

In recent years, Ubridge has been intensifying efforts and achieving great advancements in technological innovation, especially in improving the quality and efficiency of beneficiation and processing. In early August 2023, our R&D Center, the Institute of Resource Utilization and Rare Earth Development, and the Industrial Technology Incubation Center of the Guangdong Academy of Sciences (GAS) jointly completed and submitted the evaluation report of “Key Technology and Equipment for the Beneficiation of Crude and Concentrate of Titanium and Zirconium” to the GAS. The evaluation defense was completed in Guangzhou on August 29th. The group of experts from GAS concluded that the overall technology developed by the project has reached the international advanced level. In early September 2023, the project was nominated by GAS to compete for the “2023 China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award”, and won the third prize.

The China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award is jointly organized by the China Non-Ferrous Metals Industry Association and the Nonferrous Metals Society of China for selection and validation. The annual award-winning projects are selected through the process of group assessment, preliminary assessment of professional groups, and reassessment by the General Assembly. This is a national-level science and technology award in China's nonferrous metals industry. The award-winning project demonstrates that Ubridge’s achievements in technological innovation and R&D are ahead of domestic counterparts and have reached an internationally advanced level.
