Starting a new year’s work with a blessing packed in red envelopes.

At 8:30 a.m. on the 18th, Mr. Li Lvhua, Chairman of the Board came to the headquarters of the company very early. For each of the employees returning to work, he personally handed out a red packet to celebrate the start of a new year’s work, which was full of blessings and expectations.

Heads of each branch factory also handed out red packets to their employees after the mobilization meeting for the resumption of work, which were full of blessings and incentives.

On the first day of work, heads of each branch plant personally presided over the post-holiday work and production resumption mobilization meeting. The meeting focused on safety education titled "First Lesson of Safety Warning for Starting Work” which was to inspire the safety awareness of staff, ensuring that they return to work with a fully spirited state.

Mr. Li Lvhua, Chairman of the company, also personally attended the mobilization meeting of Guangdong Ubridge Hi-Tech Zone Factory. He once again emphasized work safety and made relevant deployment.

Mr. Li emphasized that “Safety is more important than anything else. Good safety management is the premise of all production and operation. All the employees should return to the mindset of work as soon as possible from the holiday atmosphere, turning their attention to production, strictly abiding by the safety regulations, and carrying out the resumption of production in an orderly manner to ensure the achievement of the annual business objectives.

Mr. Li also encouraged the employees to start the new year’s work with courage and a spirit to innovate, seizing the new historical opportunities to jointly promote Ubridge New Material to create new glory.

To guide the employees to recognize the value of their own labor, cherish their work, and set up work goals of the new year for better growth and improvement in the new year, the Department of Administration has prepared the inspirational course "Who do you work for?" for the entire company.

On the morning of February 18th, nearly 100 employees attended the training in the conference room on the fifth floor of Guangdong Ubridge Hi-Tech Zone Factory.

In an easy-to-understand communication way, the training elaborated on the purpose and meaning of work, as well as the importance of work attitude and work goals. It utilized familiar examples around, inspiring the employees to cherish their work and achieve personal development with a grateful heart and dedicated work attitude in their positions.

The Department of Administration also started the training in Guangxi Ubridge in the hope of inspiring all the front-line employees to recognize that "everyone is working for themselves”, so as to motivate everyone to start the new year with the right attitude and new work goals, following the pace of the development and growing with the company.
