Corporate documents are important tools for internal communication within a company, as well as crucial means of communication between the company and the government and collaborators. The quality of official documents represents the cultural literacy of the company to a certain extent. It is a window for showcasing the company to the outside world. Therefore, it is most necessary to standardize the writing of enterprise official documents, unify their formats, and continuously improve the quality of document drafting.

In late August, to further improve the writing of administrative documents among administrative personnel in various departments and plants of the company, and to standardize document writing, the Comprehensive Administration Department of Ubridge organized a special training on standardized writing of administrative documents.

This training was delivered by Mr. Mo Zhuqing, Head of the Comprehensive Administration Department.
