On September 11th, Guangdong Ubridge and Beijing Industrial Designing & Researching Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Industrial Institute") signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Industrial Institute. Both parties will deepen their cooperation in the fields of titanium metal material whole industry chain project construction, industrial transformation and upgrading, and new technology research and development. Mr. Li Lvhua, Chairman of Guangdong Ubridge; Mr. Zhang Zhicheng, CEO of Ubridge; Mr. Li Yuxuan, Deputy General Manager; Mr. Yang Weizhi, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Industrial Institute; Mr. Chen Guang, Deputy General Manager of the Industrial Institute and relevant persons in charge of the two parties participated in the signing activity.

Established in 1961, the Industrial Institute has been a comprehensive design and research institute and a national high-tech enterprise. Relying on the four major shareholder groups, its business has focused on various stages of the entire project life cycle, including planning consultancy, project consultancy, design consultancy, bidding agency, project construction, engineering supervision, operation and maintenance. It holds Class A design qualifications for the metallurgy, machinery and construction industries, Class A comprehensive credentials for engineering consulting units, Class A qualifications for engineering supervision and engineering bidding agency, and Class B qualifications for urban planning preparation, municipal public utility industry design, chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industry design, and environmental pollution prevention and control engineering design. It also has qualifications such as Certificate of Accreditation for Construction Drawing and Design Document Reviewing Institutions and the Qualification Certificates of the People's Republic of China for Contracted Foreign Projects Operation. In recent years, the institute has been actively seeking technological breakthroughs in new materials and new processes, aiming to solve the domestic “bottleneck” technical problems and bravely taking on the social responsibility of state-owned enterprises.


Mr. Yang Weizhi congratulated on the signing of the cooperation between the two parties, and stressed that the Industrial Institute will focus on three key directions including the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, investment and expansion of new industries and the construction of high-tech parks, and comprehensively develop the whole chain of services with design as the leader. The cooperation between the Industrial Institute and Guangdong Ubridge is of profound significance, representing not only a powerful alliance but also a complementary combination of advantages. He firmly believes that with the joint efforts of both parties, there will be an increasing emergence of cooperation achievements, a continuous expansion of the cooperation fields, and an ever-broadening prospect of cooperation.
Mr. Li Lvhua said that the current domestic titanium market is not overcapacity, but the whole titanium and zirconium industry has not been fully opened, so there will be a lot of room for development in the future. The signing of this contract with the Industrial Institute marks the beginning of comprehensive cooperation in the future. Ubridge hopes to carry out an all-round strategic cooperation with the institute and jointly plan the development blueprint for the titanium and zirconium industry. In the future, Ubridge will be committed to the research and development of advanced processes and equipment, patented technology and new material products with the Industrial Institute to achieve an all-round and in-depth cooperation, thus accelerating the construction progress of Guangdong Ubridge South China Titanium Valley Project and facilitating the early completion and production of the first phase of the project.
