On the afternoon of September 30th, Guangdong Ubridge Labor Union held a farewell party for retired employee Chen Xiling. All members of the union and 20 colleagues from Chen Xiling's laboratory attended the farewell party.

Ms. Chen Xiling is a laboratory technician at Guangdong Ubridge. Since 1989, she has been working as a laboratory technician at Ubridge for a total of 33 years, working diligently and tirelessly in an ordinary position. She accompanied the growth of Ubridge all the way, witnessing its steady development from an unknown small factory to today's extraordinary path of being industry-renowned and valued and supported by the municipal government. She deeply felt the pride of being a part of Ubridge.

Mr. Tan Jianfeng, Vice Chairman of the Labor Union, presented a bouquet of flowers symbolizing sunshine, strength, and blessings to Chen Xiling. Ms. Chen Xiling also expressed her love for Ubridge, her hard feelings for leaving her colleagues, and her blessing for Ubridge to a higher level of development.

Chairman Li Jian affirmed Chen Xiling's contributions over the past 30 years and expressed gratitude on behalf of the company. He called on the company's employees to follow Comrade Chen Xiling’s example of devotion and professionalism. On behalf of the Guangdong Ubridge Labor Union, he presented Chen Xiling with a "retirement condolence fund" of RMB 1000 and wished her health and happiness in the future. “And drop by if you can. Before the party, after learning about her child's illness, union members help Chen Xiling apply for an RMB 5000 "hardship assistance fund" and other daily supplies.
