To further improve the company's safety management, achieve the goal of “systematization, normalization, standardization, indexation, and informatization” of safety management, and effectively promote the safety management to meet the needs of Ubridge's rapid development, on November 4th, “Ubridge's Integrated Safety Production Mechanism Construction and Overall Enterprise Management Improvement Project” was officially launched in Guangxi Ubridge Fangchenggang Branch.
“The Integrated Safety Production Mechanism Construction and Overall Enterprise Management Improvement Project” is a set of safety production standardization-based, risk management and control-based projects developed and promoted by Shandong Guanlong Safety Engineer Firm (Guanlong for short). It covers leadership and culture, basic management, risk assessment, support system, functions and responsibilities, education and training, system standards, professional engineering, team building, post standards, and performance evaluation. It aims to establish a complete organization system and management mode by horizontally and vertically extending each business chain to carry out overall control and deployment, so as to achieve a strategic mechanism for synchronized construction and integrated promotion of safety production management.
At the launch meeting, Mr. Li Lvhua, Chairman of Ubridge, sent a congratulatory message, pointing out that the project has been the most comprehensive and complete enterprise regulation work on the safety production system and enterprise management system since our establishment. It would have a positive and far-reaching impact on the formulation of the “Ubridge Approach”, the promotion of Ubridge's future safety production system and enterprise management system, and the leapfrog development and long-term safety work of Ubridge. Through this cooperation with Guanlong, Ubridge has established a complete safety production system, enterprise management system, and operation mechanism with the help of a professional team. We have also formulated a strict assessment and supervision mechanism to further promote the formulation of the “Ubridge Approach” to standardize the behavior of our staff in production, operation, cooperation, internal and external business, and work process, bringing the enterprise to a brand-new, “law-complying, system-regulated, and self-administered” stage.
Mr. Liang Kangqiang, Section Chief of the Emergency Response Bureau of Fangchenggang City, was invited to attend the launching meeting and emphasized that production must be safe. President Wu Peiwen, leader of the Guanlong consulting team and a national safety production expert, made a speech on the national guiding ideology on enterprise safety production, recent domestic safety production development, and relevant requirements of the national and provincial government on key enterprises in safety production. For Ubridge’s implementation and construction of the integrated safety production mechanism, he advised the company not to value speed over quality. Under all-around counseling and guidance, thorough verification, and long-cycle follow-up and correction, the mechanism will definitely be deeply integrated into the operation of Ubridge and promote the company to stand out and set up a new benchmark in the industry.

The guidance period of Guanlong for this system lasts for one year, with a team of about 5 experts stationed at the company every 40 days to provide guidance and corrections. There are 9 rounds of services, with each round of guidance lasting for about 7 days. Ubridge selected 30 talented management cadres for “off-duty study”. The mechanism is implemented firstly in Guangxi Ubridge Branch under the guidance of the expert group, and then gradually replicated and extended to other production plants to train a group of safety production technology and management team of Ubridge, who will continuously improve the scientization, professionalization, and standardization of the safety management.
