01 Knowledge contest on “Identify Risks, Eliminate Hidden Dangers, and Curb Accidents” for learning through competition

The contestants are composed of 48 players from 8 teams of each workshop and section. The contest is set up with three links: team compulsory questions, jeopardy questions, and final questions, which cover the construction of the double prevention mechanism, full participation in the responsibility system for safety production (including safety duties), job responsibility list and performance list, job safety operation procedures, job safety risks and preventive measures, and the required production safety knowledge (including guardian's duties) to comprehensively examine the knowledge and ability of the player’s in safety production.

At the competition site, participants were full of spirit, calm, and collected. They demonstrated good psychological quality, agile on-site response, a wealth of knowledge reserves, and tacit, unity, and cooperation between team members. In a strong atmosphere of competition, learning, catching up, and surpassing, the participants displayed their solid basic knowledge of production safety and a good mental outlook.

02 Chess game, gobang, billiards, ping pong, and tug-of-war competitions were held

 Individual talent competitions such as chess, go bang, billiards, and ping pong were all knockout competitions, with winners of the preliminary rounds advancing to the quarter- and semi-final for the best of one set march, and the winners advancing to the final rounds...

 The tug of war that attracted everyone's attention drew lots to decide the one-on-one opponents and competed in best of three sets, with the winner entering the next round. The funny expressions of players when two teams were in a stalemate, the booing at the losing moment, and the thundering cheers at the decisive moment of last-minute victory filled the site with waves of joy...

The colorful cultural and sports activities not only enriched the staff's spare time, but also enlivened the staff's spiritual life, and drew in the distance between colleagues, and between staff and leaders. Staff relaxed their body and minds outside the 8-hour of work, enjoyed the fun of competition, and deepened the sense of belonging to the enterprise.

 Liang Wenjie of the Technical Quality Section, who won first place of the group in the Safety Knowledge Contest, said excitedly after the contest, “We like this kind of activity very much.
