South China Titanium Valley Embarks on a New Journey of Intelligent Manufacturing!

On November 19, 2025, the "Launch Ceremony for the Construction of Future Smart Factory" in South China Titanium Valley was successfully held.

 

The construction of the future intelligent factory in the "South China Titanium Valley" aims to empower digitalization with artificial intelligence technology and comprehensively enhance corporate efficiency. It demonstrates UBridge New Materials' firm determination to anchor itself in the smart manufacturing track and achieve high-quality development in the titanium and zirconium industries, injecting strong impetus into the digital and intelligent transformation of the sector. At the launch ceremony, Vice Chairman Mr. Li Yuxuan, Vice President Ms. Feng Xiaoxia, Chief Financial Officer Ms. Liang Saijuan, and Chief Engineer Mr. Wang Xiangding attended, with Vice President Mr. Li Dong presiding over the event. Members of the intelligent factory construction leading group and implementation team also participated.

 

This kick-off event marks a milestone step for UBridge New Material on its path of digital transformation and intelligent upgrading.

As a collaborator, SUPCON Technology participated in the meeting and engaged in sharing regarding the significance, implementation path, and specific steps for the future construction of intelligent factories. Mr. Zheng Dongbo, the project manager of SUPCON, pointed out that China's titanium resources face the dilemma of being "large but not strong," characterized by excess low-end production capacity while being constrained by technology and raw materials in high-end segments. He emphasized that constructing intelligent factories is the key path to promoting "low-cost + differentiated" competition and achieving enhanced safety, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement for enterprises. The project aims to create a lighthouse factory for UBridge as its vision, integrating automation, informatization, and intelligent technologies to build a unified smart platform. This will assist UBridge New Material in achieving production automation, operational digitization, and decision-making scientization, ultimately moving the company towards maximized benefits and becoming an industry benchmark.

 

To ensure the efficient advancement of the project, UBridge New Material has established a two-tier structure of "Leadership Team for Overall Coordination + Project Teams for Execution": The Leadership Team is responsible for overall planning and strategic decision-making, while the overall project leader coordinates resources. Under this structure, there are three specialized teams—operations, production, and IT—each focusing on technological breakthroughs, supply chain optimization, and end-to-end process safeguarding, respectively. This forms a closed-loop mechanism with clear division of labor and collaborative synergy, providing solid organizational support for the construction of the future factory.

 

Vice President Mr. Li Dong delivered a motivational speech and made work arrangements. He emphasized that building a smart factory is the inevitable path for the company to achieve sustainable development. Through refined energy management and resource scheduling, the project will effectively promote energy conservation and consumption reduction, as well as fulfill green responsibilities. He required all staff to unify their thoughts and actions from a strategic perspective and spare no effort to advance the project's implementation. The company will also provide solid support in terms of resources, technology, and personnel to ensure the project's successful completion and lay a solid foundation for the high-quality development of UBridge New Material.
