On the morning of November 15, 2025, the "Centralized Signing Ceremony for Maoming Titanium-Zirconium and Green Petrochemical Series Industry Projects" organized by Maoming National High-Tech Zone was grandly held at Maoming Guest Hotel. Maoming Municipal Party Secretary Mr. Zhuang Yuequn, Mayor Mr. Wang Xiongfei, along with approximately 80 relevant leaders, representatives from research institutions, universities, financial institutions, and enterprises, attended the ceremony. Mr. Li Lvhua, Chairman of Guangdong Ubridge New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Mr. Li Yuxuan, Vice Chairman, and Mr. Zhang Zhicheng, President, were present at the ceremony, with Chairman Mr. Li delivering a speech as a representative of the signing enterprises.



UBridge New Material signed a total of four key agreements at this centralized signing ceremony. We signed the investment agreements of the green titanium-based new material integrated construction projects (Phase I and II) and the 100,000 tons/year associated radioactive ore beneficiation expansion project with Maoming National High-tech Zone. Both projects focus on the extension and strengthening of the industry chain of the titanium and zirconium industry. We signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Guangzhou Yueguan Resources Technology Development Co., Ltd. to consolidate the supply of raw materials, and a bank-enterprise strategic cooperation agreement with Agricultural Bank of China Maoming Branch, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Maoming Branch, Bank of China Maoming Branch, and China Construction Bank Maoming Branch to inject financial vitality into the project construction.



This signing marks an important step for UBridge New Material in building a full industrial chain for the "South China Titanium Valley." It will create a synergistic effect with the existing projects, including the selection of titanium-zirconium new materials, high-end enriched TiO2 materials, and the processing and manufacturing of titanium materials and equipment, further improving the full industrial chain of titanium and zirconium and enhancing the comprehensive industrial competitiveness of the region.
