All departments participated in the “Accident Case Education” training

At 9:00 a.m., the activity command team held a video meeting of mobilization for all staff on the 21st and 22nd floors, interpreting the script of the drill in detail and systematically teaching strategies of emergency response to ensure that the staff understood and responded appropriately.

All 49 participants in the drill were evacuated to the assembly point in a fast, safe, and orderly manner according to the established route, with no accidents occurring throughout the procedure, which demonstrated our efficient emergency response capability.

IV. Real-world simulation to promote learning through practice

The script of the exercise was carefully designed to simulate the real-world scenario of a fire caused by a short circuit. With smoke and alarms, it provided an immersive experience of severity for the staff to effectively enhance the practicality and sense of urgency of the drill.

V. Treating the wounded and gaining a field-tested experience

The medical team simulated the scenario of rescuing the injured. They worked together to transfer the wounded personnel from the 21st floor to a safe area through the fire stairs. This drill not only tested their first-aid ability, but also enhanced the staff's familiarity with the rescue process.

Employees took turns to practice, not only to master the operating skills but also to understand the scientific principles behind each step of the operation. The training achieved remarkable results, with enhancement of both knowledge and skills.

As the drill came to a successful end, Ms. Feng Xiaoxia, Deputy General Manager of Ubridge commented highly of the activity.
