On May 9, Guangxi Ubridge New Material Technology Co., Ltd. successfully passed the audit of the energy management system (ISO50001:2018), environmental management system (ISO14001:2015), and occupational health and safety management system (ISO45001:2018) and received the system certificates.
These three systems are required for modern enterprises to develop and improve their competitiveness, as well as a manifestation of law-abiding and honest management.
Guangxi Ubridge attached great importance to the system certification, and set up a special working group headed by the regional general manager to meticulously carry out the planning and arrangements, and completed the internal auditor training accordingly. Under the careful explanation and guidance of the instructor, the group members followed the standard requirements of the energy management system (ISO50001:2018), environmental management system (ISO14001:2015), and occupational health and safety management system (ISO45001:2018), and combined the systems with the actual management of the company. Based on the decomposition of the certification audit tasks, they sorted out the relevant management processes, and supplemented, improved, and implemented the processes according to the requirements of system standards.
From May 3rd to 7th, a group of 12 experts from Beijing East Allreach Certification Center Co., Ltd. came to Guangxi Ubridge to conduct a five-day certification audit on energy management system (ISO50001:2018), environmental management system (ISO14001:2015), and occupational health and safety management system (ISO45001:2018) respectively. The audit team strictly followed the standards of the three management systems, and conducted a careful inspection and pre-audit of the suitability of departmental documents, the standardization of on-site management, the effectiveness of environmental factors and hazard identification and control, and the compliance with laws and regulations through on-site document review, inquiry, conversation, observation, and record sampling. Finally, the expert group unanimously agreed that Guangxi Ubridge had successfully passed the audit of the three systems, and the first registration was granted.
Guangxi Ubridge’s success in passing the audit demonstrates its effective management system, its capability in modular management, and the accumulation of experience, marking the improvement in the institutionalization, standardization, and routinization of the company’s management, as well as the enhancement in the company’s competitiveness in comprehensive management and the market.
