Mr. He Ming, Deputy Director of Maoming Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, read the Notice by the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Guangdong Province on Establishing Guangdong Province Doctoral Workstations in 9 Organizations, including Maoming Gravity Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd.

Guangdong Doctoral Workstation is an innovative platform of management services for doctors established in Guangdong Province. Its main function is to gather doctoral and post-doctoral talents and serve as a talent "reservoir", providing services such as scientific research, project declaration, institutional security, and communication and exchange for doctoral and post-doctoral talents. Meanwhile, the workstation cooperates closely with other scientific research institutes in industry-university-research cooperation and helps small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises to solve technological problems, playing the role of talent incubator and achievement transformer. It also serves the strategy of rural revitalization, encouraging and guiding doctoral and post-doctoral personnel to carry out scientific research and technical services in rural areas.
