On October 31, the Fangchenggang Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Fangchenggang Leading Group for Implementing the Strategy of Strengthening the City by Quality jointly held the meeting of “2023 Fangchenggang Strengthening the City by Quality Conference and Announcement of the Top 30 Private Enterprise”. Guangxi Ubridge New Material Technology Co., Ltd. won four awards at the meeting, including "10th of the 2023 Top 30 Private Enterprises in Fangchenggang", "6th of the 2023 Top 10 Private Manufacturing Enterprises in Fangchenggang", "9th of the 2023 Top 10 Private Enterprises in Employment in Fangchenggang", and “2023 Most Promising Enterprise in Fangchenggang”.
The "Top 30 Annual Private Enterprises" and "Top 10 Annual Private Manufacturing Enterprises" are awards introduced by the Fangchenggang government in 2018 to showcase the achievements of private economic development and promote the spirit of outstanding entrepreneurs. The list is based on the research database of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce on nearly 600 enterprises above the state-designated scale in Fangchenggang. The data are verified by the Federation of Industry and Commerce of Fangchenggang and reviewed by higher-level departments, and the enterprises are ranked according to their GDP (total revenue) of the year from the highest to the lowest. Guangxi Ubridge New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was awarded "10th of the 2023 Top 30 Private Enterprises in Fangchenggang”, and "6th of 2023 Top 10 Private Manufacturing Enterprises in Fangchenggang".
Since Guangxi Ubridge being awarded "24th of Top 30 Private Enterprises in Fangchenggang” in 2018 for the first time, the company continued to strive and won "10th of 2023 Top 30 Private Enterprises in Fangchenggang" this year. This fully demonstrates our great progress in consolidating the foundation, optimizing the process, and making great strides in innovation and development in the past 8 years.
In addition, given that Guangxi Ubridge continues to increase investment in science and technology research and development, its rapid increase in the number of authorized patents, the excellent transformation results of scientific research projects, its increased operating output value year by year, and the achievement of the title "Guangxi specialized and sophisticated SMEs", "Guangxi industrial benchmark enterprise of quality management, and national specialized and sophisticated “little giant” enterprises, the Fangchenggang Science and Technology Bureau, Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Commerce Bureau, Rural Agriculture Bureau, and the Federation of Industry and Commerce unanimously recommended Guangxi Ubridge. Approved by the Fangchenggang municipal government, We were then awarded the "2023 Most Promising Enterprise in Fangchenggang.
Moreover, the research and statistical results from the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce also show the changes in the employment performance of Guangxi Ubridge in the past three years. Our number of employees increased from 150 to 350. Our rate of social security payments reached 100%, and our per capita salary RMB reached 5,000, which is more than the average annual per capita salary of the overall private sector (RMB 4,200). We also maintained zero labor disputes. The Fangchenggang Federation of Industry and Commerce therefore rated Guangxi Ubridge New Material Technology Co. Ltd. 9th among the 2023 Top 10 Private Enterprises in Employment in Fangchenggang.
