Mobilization and Training Session for Synthetic Rutile Production Line Commissioning and Commendation Ceremony Held at South China Titanium Valley

The South China Titanium Valley synthetic rutile production line is now in the critical countdown phase leading up to its commissioning. To build consensus, boost morale, recognize outstanding achievements, and rally our efforts, the Mobilization and Training Session for the Commissioning of the South China Titanium Valley Synthetic Rutile Production Line, along with a Commendation Ceremony for Outstanding Collectives and Individuals, was grandly held at 9:00 a.m. on May 7 in the first-floor lobby of the South China Titanium Valley Exhibition Hall. Approximately 150 people attended, including relevant leaders and department staff from headquarters, as well as the entire staff of the South China Titanium Valley Project Department. President Mr. Zhang Zhicheng personally presided over the event, highlighting the importance of team building and advancing the construction progress of the project.

 

The synthetic rutile team of Guangxi UBridge was awarded the title of “Advanced Collective for Special Contributions,” and Chief Engineer Mr. Wang Xiangding was honored as an “Advanced Individual for Special Contributions.” The event not only recognized outstanding achievements and honored dedicated workers, but also aimed to inspire all employees to follow these role models and strive for excellence through hard work and dedication.

 

After the commendation ceremony, Deputy Factory Director Mr. Liao Xingxing spoke first, outlining the core requirements for the commissioning phase. He emphasized the need to strictly adhere to safety standards and quality control, and encouraged the team to strive for exceeding expectations in completing commissioning tasks. Vice President Mr. Li Dong made specific arrangements for safety and production efforts, requiring work safety to be carried out in every aspect and related responsibilities to be assigned to specific individuals, so that safety obligations are effectively fulfilled. Vice Chairman Mr. Li Yuxuan read out the "Reward Scheme for the Commissioning Milestone of the South China Titanium Valley Synthetic Rutile Production Line," outlining incentive measures to fully mobilize the entire workforce’s enthusiasm for the final push towards commissioning.

In his concluding remarks, President Mr. Zhang Zhicheng emphasized that all employees should prioritize “unity and cooperation.” He called for three key actions: 1) Identify problems accurately; everyone must pitch in to promptly identify issues without evasion or buck-passing; 2) Communicate promptly; hold fewer large meetings and more small meetings dedicated to problem-solving, bringing issues to light and devising solutions; 3) Support one another; stand together against challenges and join forces to overcome obstacles, harnessing unity to foster mutual success and win this critical battle for commissioning.

 

At the conclusion of the event, Chairman Li Lvhua delivered a special motivational speech, offering guidance while inspiring all employees. He outlined the following key requirements: 1) Ensure a strong start for the South China Titanium Valley project; leverage the successful commissioning of the synthetic rutile production line to kickstart the integrated development of the entire industrial chain; 2) Uphold the safety bottom line; all employees must adopt a holistic, end-to-end mindset and eliminate all potential safety hazards with a sense of high responsibility toward themselves, their colleagues, their families, and the company; 3) Uphold the UBridge spirit to build a highly capable and outstanding team; in return, the company will provide every employee with a platform and opportunities for growth and development, enabling mutual improvement between employees and the company; 4) Share in the fruits of development: the company will continue to reward outstanding employees with competitive compensation, while encouraging all staff to adapt swiftly to the UBridge family and grow alongside the company, sharing in its success.

This event served not only as a “morale-boosting gathering” to recognize outstanding achievements and inspire the team, but also as a “mobilization meeting” to outline tasks and gear up for the final push, and above all, as a “training session” to unify ideas and build consensus.
