The Government Delegation of On-site Exchange Meeting for High-quality Industrial Development of the City's Counties and the Three Platforms Visited Ubridge's South China Titanium Valley Project
On January 8, the Maoming Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government held the On-site Exchange Meeting for High-Quality Industrial Development of the City's Counties and the Three Platforms. The meeting brought together leaders and department heads from all districts, counties, and platforms to inspect and discuss key construction projects and platform achievements. As a key project of the High-tech Zone, the South China Titanium Valley of Ubridge New Material was inspected by Mr. Zhuang Yuequn, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Mr. Wang Xiongfei, Mayor of Maoming, and the delegation.
During the On-site Exchange Meeting for High-Quality Industrial Development of the City's Counties and the Three Platforms held on January 10, the South China Titanium Valley of Ubridge New Material was awarded the “Best Chain Supplementing and Chain Strengthening Project”. It is reported that the “South China Titanium Valley Industrial Chain Project” has been included in the Guangdong Province 2024 Annual Key Construction Projects.

Ubridge New Material Won the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award
In August 2023, Ubridge New Materials and Guangdong Academy of Sciences (GAS) jointly completed the evaluation report of scientific and technological achievements of “Key Technology and Equipment for the Beneficiation of Crude and Concentrate of Titanium and Zirconium”, which was evaluated at the international advanced level. In September, the project was recommended by the GAS to participate in the “China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award” and won the third prize. This award is jointly selected by China Non-Ferrous Metals Industry Association and Society, and is a national science and technology award. Winning the award demonstrated the leading position of Ubridge New Material in scientific and technological innovation as well as research and development.
Ubridge New Material and Guilin University of Technology Signed Agreement on Co-construction of Industry-University-Research Base
The combination of industry-university-research is a key path for talent training, scientific and technological innovation, and achievement transformation, which helps enterprises to flourish. In order to deepen the integration of industry-university-research and promote scientific and technological innovation and product development, on March 13, Ubridge New Material and Guilin University of Technology, School of Materials signed the “Agreement on Co-construction of Industry-University-Research Base”.

Ubridge New Material Received Approval for Establishing a Guangdong Province Doctoral Workstation
The approval for establishing a Guangdong Province doctoral workstation demonstrated the scientific research strength of Ubridge New Material and promoted the construction of our master and doctoral talent team. The company will follow up on the implementation of the management system and requirements of the doctoral workstation, strengthen the site construction and funding supervision, and optimize the service management. We will leverage this opportunity to promote the strategy of “enterprise development based on science and technology, talents, and innovation”, recruiting high-end talents to pioneer the development of new quality productive forces and promote high-quality development.
Inauguration of “Ubridge Love Library” and Granting Ceremony of “Ubridge Scholarship for Teaching and Learning” at Dongfeng Primary School, Gongguan Town, Maonan District
On the afternoon of April 16, Dongfeng Primary School in Gongguan Town, Maonan District held the inauguration of “Ubridge Love Library” and the awarding ceremony of “Ubridge Scholarship for Teaching and Learning”. Mr. Li Lvhua, Chairman of Ubridge, was invited to participate in the donation, the unveiling of the plaque, and the awarding of prizes.
In April last year, Mr. Li Lvhua decided to donate a plastic runway to the Dongfeng Primary School, and continue to subsidize the school to improve its teaching facilities and environment. The plan was to remodel and renovate the old and rudimentary library of the school, and allocate another RMB 30,000 from the education fund each year to motivate the school teachers to be loyal to the cause of education and the dissemination of culture and knowledge for children in the countryside. A total of RMB 200,000 was donated during that campaign.

Guangdong Ubridge was Recognized as 2023 Cleaner Production Enterprise of Maoming City
On May 6th, Maoming Industry and Information Technology Bureau and Maoming Ecological Environment Bureau jointly issued a certificate, granting Guangdong Ubridge the title of "Maoming Cleaner Production Enterprise".
Guangxi Ubridge Successfully Passed the Certifications of Energy Management System, Environmental Management System, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System
On May 9, Guangxi Ubridge New Material Technology Co., Ltd. successfully passed the audit of the energy management system (ISO50001:2018), environmental management system (ISO14001:2015), and occupational health and safety management system (ISO45001:2018) and received the system certificates.
Ubridge New Material Participated in the 2024 “Green Guangdong - Haoxin Forest” Public Welfare Tree-Planting Activity
On the morning of May 12, the 2024 “Green Guangdong - Haoxin Forest” public welfare tree-planting activity organized by the Maoming Federation of Trade Unions, Maoming Forestry Bureau, Maoming Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the People's Government of Dianbai District was grandly held at the China’s First Beach Resort in Maoming City. More than 1,000 people from enterprises, institutions, chambers of commerce, and enthusiastic citizens of Maoming City participated in this tree-planting activity. Ubridge actively participated in the on-site donation and organized staff to participate in the tree planting activities.
Ubridge New Material was Invited to Attend ZIA (Zircon Industry Association) 2024 Zircon Conference and Visit Australian Mining Resources
From May 23 to 24, the 2024 Zircon Conference hosted by ZIA (Zircon Industry Association) was held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Perth. Representatives from more than 130 internationally renowned miners in the zircon industry, consulting firm TZMI, and investment institutions attended the conference. President Mr. Zhang Zhicheng and President Assistant Mr. Li Juefei of Ubridge New Material were invited.
President Mr. Zhang Zhicheng had in-depth exchanges with a number of representatives of internationally renowned miners, consulting organizations, and investment institutions, discussing topics such as the latest developments in titanium and zirconium ore resource development, procurement, and downstream customer markets, current technological and regulatory challenges, information about new applications in the industry, and future trends in the global titanium and zirconium market.
Guangdong Ubridge was Once Again Awarded "Caring Enterprise" in the 2023 “June 30" Rural Revitalization Activity of Maoming
On June 28th, the commendation meeting of 2023 “June 30" Rural Revitalization Activity hosted by CPC Maoming Municipal Committee Rural Work Leading Group was held at the Maoming Municipal Committee Compound. The meeting commended enterprises (organizations) that donated more than RMB 100,000 (including RMB 100,000) and individuals that donated more than RMB 10,000 (including RMB 10,000) during the 2023 Poverty Relief Day activities. Guangdong Ubridge was honored once again for its outstanding contribution in assisting rural revitalization. Mr. Wang Xiongfei, mayor of Maoming City, awarded the medal to our company.
Since 2019, Guangdong Ubridge has been actively responding to the government's call to participate in this public welfare cause. We have donated a total of RMB 2,425,140 to the “June 30 Poverty Relief Day Activity” in Maoming City.
Guangdong Ubridge New Material was Awarded the Bronze Medal Certificate by EcoVadis
In June, Guangdong Ubridge New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was awarded the bronze medal certificate by EcoVadis, a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) rating service provider.
The evaluation criteria for EcoVadis audits are rigorous and meticulous, covering a comprehensive range of topics. The certification period takes 3 to 9 months, making it more difficult compared to regular certification. Currently, EcoVadis has audited suppliers in more than 220 business areas and from over 180 countries. To date, more than 130,000 companies around the world have been evaluated by EcoVadis.
Being awarded the EcoVadis bronze medal will greatly enhance the brand image of Ubridge products and further improve our competitiveness in the global market.
Guangdong Ubridge was Awarded the Bronze Cup of the Guangdong Poverty Relief Cotton Tree Cup
In June, the Rural Work Leading Group of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee announced the results of the 2023 Guangdong Poverty Alleviation Cotton Tree Cup, and awarded honorary certificates and trophies to the enterprises, organizations, and individuals who have generously donated money in the 2023 “June 30" activities to help revitalize the countryside. Guangdong Ubridge New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was honored to be on the list and awarded the bronze cup.

Guangdong Ubridge was Awarded "Top 100 Maoming Enterprises in 2023", "Top 50 Maoming Enterprise Taxpayers in 2023", and "Top 50 Maoming Private Enterprise Taxpayers in 2023"
At the awarding ceremony of the “2023 Top 100 Maoming Enterprises (member unit of Municipal Enterprise Confederation)”, Guangdong Ubridge was awarded three honors in a row: “Top 100 Maoming Enterprises in 2023” (ranked 52nd), “Top 50 Maoming Enterprise Taxpayers in 2023” (ranked 43rd), and “Top 50 Maoming Private Enterprise Taxpayers in 2023” (ranked 30th).
Guangdong Ubridge won the “JDM’s 2023 Top 100 Investor Relations Companies”.
The JDM Prize released the Result of “JDM’s 2023 Top 100 Investor Relations Companies”. Guangdong Ubridge New Material was listed.
The award is the highest company honor selected by JDM and is open to over 2,000 listed or planning to be listed companies. The award has gone through preliminary, reelection, and final selection, including material screening of more than 500 candidates, real-name voting by 16,000 industry insiders, and multi-dimensional evaluation by the judging panel. The effective award winning rate in 2023 is only 5%, which fully demonstrates the award's authority and quality.

Guangdong Ubridge and Beijing Industrial Designing & Researching Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Industrial Institute) signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Industrial Institute. Both parties will deepen their cooperation in the fields of titanium metal material whole industry chain project construction, industrial transformation and upgrading, and new technology research and development.

Guangdong Ubridge was Awarded the 2024 National Specialized and Sophisticated "Little Giants" Enterprise
The Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangdong Province issued the list of the 6th batch of Specialized and Sophisticated "Little Giants" enterprises announced by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China. Guangdong Ubridge New Material was one of the only two enterprises in Maoming City to win this title in the batch.
The selection of "Little Giants" enterprises is aimed at promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in a new direction of specialization, refinement, characterization, and novelty. The selection criteria are strict, requiring enterprises to lead the industry in technological innovation, quality, market expansion, and brand building. The awarded enterprises are the pioneers of innovation in the industry, driving the high-quality development of the economy, leading the synergy of industrial chains, and assisting in the transformation and upgrading of the economy.

Ubridge New Material Organizes Staff to Actively Participate in Blood Donation Campaign
Ubridge New Material actively responded to the call of Maoming Municipal Health Bureau and organized its staff to join the blood donation activity, further enriching the corporate culture of practicing the spirit of ‘Haoxin Maoming’ and undertaking social responsibilities.
Guangxi Ubridge was Awarded as a 2024 Individual Champion Enterprise of Manufacturing Industry in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region
The Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region issued the “2024 List of Individual Champion Enterprises of Manufacturing Industry in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region”. Guangxi Ubridge won the title for its flagship product, synthetic rutile. It was also the only enterprise in Fangchenggang City awarded this honor.
