In order to ensure the production goal of 2025, the company's bases did not suspend production during the Spring Festival. Ubridge people chose to stick to their posts, demonstrating their commitment to responsibility with action.
To show their respect and care for the frontline staff, the Chairman, Vice Chairman, President, and Vice Presidents of the company visited Guangdong Ubridge High-tech Factory, Guangxi Ubridge Fangchenggang Branch, and Guangxi Ubridge respectively starting from New Year's Eve to send care and blessings to the staff who held fast to their frontline positions during the holiday.
Guangdong Ubridge High-tech Factory
On 9 a.m. of January 28, the lunar New Year's Eve, Chairman Mr. Li Lvhua visited the workshops and production lines of the factory to pay New Year's greetings to the staff: “On this special day of family reunion, you prioritize the development of the company. Your dedication is admirable. We thank every one of you for your hard work, and wish you a happy and prosperous Year of the Snake!” He asked the on-duty managers to ensure the quality of food in the staff canteen during the festival, increase the frequency of inspections of the front line, and strengthen the inspection and management of the night shift at the production site to ensure work safety.
At 8 a.m. on the Lunar New Year’s, Vice Chairman Mr. Li Yuxuan, together with Vice President Mr. Li Dong, visited the High-Tech Factory and shook hands with the employees who were working at their posts. They delivered New Year's red packets and sincere wishes for the Lunar New Year, urging everyone not to forget their work safety for the sake of their well-being and their families.
Afterwards, the leaders went into the workshop to inspect, inquire, and learn about the safety status of the work. Vice President Mr. Li Dong repeatedly emphasized the safe operation of special equipment and other related issues. Vice Chairman Mr. Li Yuxuan also emphasized the requirements for the safe operation of forklift pack stacking. The two leaders also had in-depth communication with frontline staff to learn about the production process in detail, listening carefully and offering on-site responses and arrangements to address difficulties and suggestions put forward by the staff.
After walking out of the production workshop, the leaders came to the staff canteen and carefully inquired about the supply of dishes during the Spring Festival, food reserves, and environmental hygiene of the canteen. They instructed the logistics management personnel to ensure the diversity and nutritional balance of dishes during the holiday season, requiring them to strictly maintain food safety to ensure that the staff can eat safe and delicious food comfortably.
Guangxi Ubridge Fangchenggang Branch
Mr. Fang Gan, Regional General Manager of Guangxi Ubridge and Mr. He Jun, Chairman of the labor union, visited Guangxi Ubridge Fangchenggang Branch to greet the frontline staff on behalf of the board of directors. They sent New Year red packets to the employees and brought fruits, cookies, and candies to the staff on duty during the festival, bringing New Year blessings to those who still stick to their posts during the Spring Festival and praising their dedication.
Subsequently, Mr. Fang Gan and the workshop operator on duty inspected the production site together carefully. He pointed out management details that needed to be strengthened, and emphasized that the frontline management cadres should “always carry a sense of responsibility” and ensure work safety during the holiday season. He also reminded everyone of the safety regulations in their work, emphasizing that violations of rules and regulations during the holiday season should be prevented to ensure smooth, safe, and orderly production.
During the New Year festival, the chefs in the staff canteen also prepared a variety of dishes for the staff on duty. Mr. Fang Gan also presented red packets and blessings to the canteen staff. Guangxi Ubridge Technology
Due to the annual maintenance of large-scale equipment before the Spring Festival, Guangxi Ubridge officially resumed production on the fifth day of the Lunar New Year.
At 8 a.m., Mr. Zhang Zhicheng, CEO of Ubridge New Material, and Mr. Li Dong, Vice President arrived at the resumption ceremony. Mr. Li Dong emphasized on the work safety during the resumption of work and production, especially stressing the key process operations. He reminded everyone to “follow the instruction uniformly, standardize their operation, and collaborate with and supervise each other” to ensure "a good start for the coming great year". Mr. Zhang Zhicheng emphasized the importance of work safety, encouraging the cadres and employees of Guangxi Ubridge to join hands for practical work.
